Anhui Fengbo Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. was established on January 6, 2020, with a registered capital of 80 million yuan. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Anhui Fengyang Glass Co., Ltd. To fully utilize its own advantages, extend the industrial chain, increase product added value, and further enhance the company's core competitiveness. Anhui Fengbo Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. uses the glass chips of two existing Float glass production lines of Anhui Fengyang Glass Co., Ltd. to build an energy-saving and low radiation LOW-E glass smart factory project. The total investment of the project is about 1.087 billion yuan, covering an area of 192.21 mu. Three energy-saving and low radiation LOW-E Glass production will be built in three phases, and the supporting tempered, hollow and Laminated glass production lines will be built. The annual production capacity of LOW-E glass, LOW-E tempered insulating glass and Laminated glass is 27 million square meters. After the project is fully put into operation, it can increase annual sales revenue by nearly 1.3 billion yuan and net profit by 170 million yuan. Provide preliminary support for the perovskite solar cell project of the group company and lay a solid foundation for the group's listing path.

Introduction and Market Background of LOW-E Glass


LOW E glass, also known as Low emissivity, is a film product composed of multi layer metals or compounds coated on the glass surface under vacuum environment. The coating layer has the characteristics of high transmission of visible light and high reflection of mid far infrared light. Compared with ordinary glass and traditional architectural coated glass, it has excellent thermal insulation effect, good transparency selectivity, and a variety of colors to choose from; It can also block a large amount of ultraviolet radiation transmission and prevent indoor items from fading. Therefore, LOW-E glass has been widely used in glass curtain walls, low energy consumption buildings, Car glass and other fields.

With the national green development plan and the goals of reaching carbon peak by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060, LOW E glass has become a high-end energy-saving glass product with great market potential and application value due to its excellent energy-saving effect. The "14th Five Year Plan for Building Energy Efficiency and Green Building Development" and the "General Specification for Building Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Utilization" issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development have been enforced since April 1, 2022, and higher requirements have been put forward for building energy efficiency. LOW E glass is currently the window material with the best energy saving performance. Introduction to Magnetron Sputtering Glass Coating Line


Our company's magnetron sputtering glass coating line (KS254B) is currently the most cutting-edge, intelligent, and technologically and technologically mature glass coating equipment in China. It is composed of well-known equipment such as China National Building Materials International Engineering Group Co., Ltd., BENTELER from Germany, Shimadzu from Japan, KONICAMINOLTA from Japan, Huttinger from Germany, Leybold from Germany, INFICON from Switzerland, Aubotai from Beijing, and Besvo from Shenzhen. The total length of the production line is 174 meters, with a coating body length of 64 meters, equipped with 21 cathodes (15 rotating cathodes and 6 flat cathodes), and a production rhythm of 30 seconds. It can continuously, stably, and efficiently produce high-performance offline steel LOW-E coated glass. The designed annual output is 8 million square meters for single silver LOW-E glass, 3 million square meters for double silver LOW-E glass, and can produce specifications of 300 meters × 900m ²~2440 × 3660m ² of glass with a thickness of 5-19mm. It can also produce anti reflective glass, unidirectional perspective glass, dazzling glass, etc. All raw materials from major brands are used to ensure product quality.

Coating principle (as shown in the figure above):

1. Fill the vacuum chamber with a certain amount of process gas, such as high-purity argon, high-purity oxygen, and high-purity nitrogen

2. Connect the cathode to the power supply to fully ionize the process gas into positively charged cations in the electric and magnetic fields, and generate glow discharge

3. Positively charged cations (mainly argon ions), under the acceleration of an electric field, obtain a sufficient amount to collide with the cathode target material, ejecting a large number of target atoms from the surface of the target material

4. Target atoms (or molecules) splatter and deposit on the surface of glass to form a nano thick film layer

5. By changing the transmission speed of the glass and the power supply of the target material, the thickness of the coating can be changed; Reacting gases (such as oxygen and nitrogen) can be introduced to generate compound film surfaces, which bombard and spray a large number of target atoms

6. Target atoms (or molecules) splatter and precipitate on the glass surface to form a nano thick film layer

7. Change the thickness of the film layer by changing the transmission speed of the glass and the power supply of the target material; Compound film layer can be generated by introducing reaction gases (oxygen, nitrogen, etc.)

The double silver LOW-E coated glass has better thermal insulation, lower Radiance, more infrared reflection, more coatings to be coated (as shown in the figure below) than the single silver LOW-E coated glass, and the product quality is more difficult to control. Therefore, the requirements for equipment stability and control accuracy are higher. There are only a few manufacturers in China that can stably produce steel double silver LOW-E coated glass, and our company's production line has obvious technical advantages in the market.
